What next from these clowns at Westminster?? Why do we persist with this utter nonsense. It would seem that a load of "Kids" had elected another load of "Kids" and they were dominating the playground at a kids school called Westminster. Why do we persist with this stupidity? Isn't it time we all grew up and said enough of this nonsense. We should return to the old old system of County Government for internal governance, and Westminster for the odd International Paper. Now that Peter the Meddlesom has gone, we can ignore most of the other shi***** that is the WTO. or the United Nations. Long past the time we abandoned them. And stopped wasting the money.
Then look again at the European Union, it costs the British Taxpayer at least £2,000,000,000. That is two Thousand Million £Pounds Each Week. I'll tell you what, that would save a lot of people defaulting on their mortgages if that money was not taken from them to pay some silly arse employed in a NON-JOB.
As British Subjects, why do we, you, put up with all this nonsense?? There is absolutely nothing to stop any, or all of you working Taxpayers from having your income paid off-shore, complete without any stoppages. All you then need to do, is inform the nearest HMRC Office to the location where you live and declare you only remit the TaxFree amount of money and I will show you how to pay your bills without breaking any Rules or Regulations regarding Taxation.
That bunch of Rubbish at Westminster, I'll give them pay Mandleson £1Million severance money. Remember, every bloody penny of that belongs to you, the Taxpayers. Now do as I, we, say. Don't let them get away with another bloody penny of your hard earned money. You, and all the other Taxpayers, take control of Taxation and you tell that bunch of crap what you are prepared to let them have. And another thing, we only need 172 English MPs the other three parts of the Union must do as they think fit, and bloody well pay for it.
Come on then. It's your Country. It's your bloody money. Who is with me, to put together our Sovereignty and once again show the world how to fight for our Independent Democracy. A great deal of todays trouble is the fault of our half arsed Bankers and money men playing fast and loose with the Politics of the day. Two or three times a year, since 2005, at least, Mervyn King, Govenor of The Bank of England has warned of the excess debt. He was ignored. In 1985, Lord Beswick warned of the danger in the House of Lords, but still we rolled on to disaster and now we must pay the price. Well done Westminster and all who sink with her.

WESTMINSTER'S NEW THEME SONG.

Westminster and their "shovelers" in Whitehall, have now adopted a new theme song; "And now the end is near and now we face the final curtain".

Let me point out to you poor bloody lot out there, paying your Taxes every time that lot of "crap" says Pay-up. This is your Country, that is your bloody money, not theirs. And they have NO legitimate claim to so much, AS ONE PENNY, of your bloody money. And I will show you how to remove that power from Parliament. At my age, I have no use for it, I want it to go to each and every County in the Country of England. Scotland, Wales and Ireland will follow their own path.

Now, please forgive me. But at the age of 73, not far short of 74, I feel I should let you have the benefit of my experience, so here we go. First, it is your DUTY to protect your earnings your income and your profits. That Bl****money belongs to you. Not some bunch of nonsense MPs at Westminster. If they want money, send the buggers out to work. If anyone should be daft enough to employ them. Yes, there are one or two very good MPs., Frank Field comes to mind at once so does Michael Howard and Vince Cable. And yes, I have spoken to a small number of people from the Treasury, and I must have had a good day, because I found a small number of absolutely Honest People. Before you ask, yes, I do have written correspondence from most of them. And, I would add, they are sympathetic to the idea that the poor old Taxpayer should be in a position to stop this nonsense of a bunch of wasters at Westminster, taking money from the pockets of the Working Taxpayer, to give to another bunch of wasters who promise to vote for them. Check these numbers, Voting Population, 39 Million, (BBC figures 2005). Working Taxpayers, 30.5 Million 2007 November. Gov. figures.
Go over the whole out-put of most Gov. Dept., there is absolutely nothing in the way of information that you can rely on. Blair and Len Cook, (the books) saw to that.

Now move on to today. A Treasury that is as bare as Mother Hubbards cupboard, and they intend to go on a gigantic spending spree?? And at your expence??? What are these silly arsehole thinking about????
I would expect most of you, if not quite all of you, are up to date with the £2000,000,000,000. Two Thousand Billion £Pound of debt that the Gay Gordon has layed on to take the Labour party into the the year 2100 and beyond?? No one alive today will live to see the end of this Nulabour Third way Politics. Ask that arsehole, Sir David King. He was one of the Principal criminals, and if like me you think these "Items of Scum" deserve recognition as Humanbeings, they should be EXECUTED.

THIS COULD BE MELTDOWN TIME.

First things first. Again, the flooding of half of Norfolk is in the evening news. To my way of thinking there is only one way to deal with people like the bunch of **it at Westminster and Whitehall, and that is to use the technology of the day, and the tricks built into the convolutions that are now System of Taxation for the working Taxpayer, and just ignore Westminster and start again.
What I am thinking of is the remark I heard a week or so back "Home Rule for Norfolk"
and it would be perfectly legal. I have spoken to a number of District and County Councillors, and while it would be illegal for any elected officer to take part in such a manoeuvre, once it was done we could ask the Parish, Town and County Council to receive the Taxation in some orderly fashion. I do have suggestions to put forward. But others should be approach to offer their opinion.

Again, at the beginning of this year, I made a prediction that in my opinion, the European Union would not last out the year. It looks as if I might be right. Germany, France, Spain and Italy are in a very bad way financially. In fact, almost as bad as we in Britain are. And what I have been saying about Britains system of Taxation and how to avoid it, would apply across all of the EU. It's time we put these useless Politicians back in their boxes and nailed down.
This system already exists for quite a lot of people, I just want to make it available to all Taxpayer, especially PAYE payers. This bloody lot at Westminster have been robbing you for years. Now it is time to get your own back.

I had built up a good rapport with the BBC, Action Network. Or I thought I had.

The young Lady who used to be in charge, was charm itself. Madeleine Lewis. I believe she has now moved to a Radio Station or Programme.

I telephoned the Project Managers Office this afternoon to ask why some of my Posts had been remove from the Website, but I was told that the Action Network service, was to be run down.

I pointed out that on the Internet, the BBC, is Top of Google's Search Engine in some Areas. And to destroy that Privilege was rather akin to a selfinflicted wound. Could the BBC, be embarrassed by this success because of the Political content?

I'll wait until April 10th. and see what happens after that. Like the Sea, when you look out over the vast expanse of an Ocean, as in life, you only ever see the Surface. Happy Easter to All of You, Regards, Taxaxe, WatchKeeper.

Trouble With The Natives.

Shout 99 sent me an e-mail today, they have published my comments about Taxation, Politics and fraudulent Political activity.

It is a shame really, because I have now posted it here and on BBC, Action Network. And I have e-mailed it to other Websites. The way things are going, "we are living in interesting times", as the Chinese might say. Years ago, I was based in Singapore and I began to pick up a few of the Chinese words and phrases but the only ones that I remember are the rude ones. Funny that, I can swear in quite a lot of different languages.

Back to the Politics. I was reading Quentin Letts, Parliamentary column in the Daily Mail today, he has certainly marked John Huttons card. The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions has one of the biggest budgets, if not The biggest Budget, of any Government Department. It stands to reason, he is for the biggest Drop when the time comes. All told, I think his Budget is in the region of £150 Billion, and I know some four or five years ago, the misuse, failed management and outright Fraud was responsible for the "loss" of £12 Billion. The Committee of MPs, responsible for reporting these affairs, reduced the Figure to £8 Billion, and the report is in the House of Commons Library. And it has, or was, some years since an Audit gave the DSS or DoHSS, a clean bill of health.

My Usual Sunday Rant.

I tried to post this letter on "Shout 99" last night at 20:54 and I left it "awaiting Moderation". It seems it was rejected. I printed out a copy because I half expected the elbow. Here goes.

Public Finances and Destructive Taxation

Today, it is perfectly legal and possible for all payers of Direct Taxation to ignore all demands from Central Government. The only Taxation you are obliged to pay is the Local Authority or Council Tax.

It is a very simple manoeuvre to register your working activity off-shore and to by-pass HMRC, just as a great many rich and very rich people do already. Is it Philip Green who has recently transferred two or three Billion Pounds out of the Country free of Taxation? Don't get me wrong, I don't object, I just want to make the same "concessions" available to one and all.

I have set out the framework for the use of any Employee or Employer who wants to change the way they pay their Taxation and made arrangements for cash to be available from ATMs or over the counter at your local Bank branch. How to pay your Utility bills and Council Tax without breaching any regulation or Law. And funding is available to put this into practice once demand justifies the cost.

I am not suggesting that you stop paying Taxation, just that you, the poor bloody Taxpayer now have your say and tell Westminster What They Can Have, full stop.

Again, this is not a commercial venture. I am 72 years old and I thought I had seen it all before. That is until this awful lot of make-believe Politicians picked up the pieces after the Tories self-destruction. I called them Politically corrupt, on one Website and was reprimanded in some Feedback because of it. I replied that if these members of the Government and the Cabinet, were not corrupted, the alternative was even worse to contemplate, They were just plain Stupid and had not the fainest idea of what they were doing. Take your choice.

Now, let me start that last paragraph again, I lost my way somewhat. I'm suggesting that you change to a system of Taxation that is very simple, where there is No room for creative accounting. You have a Tax threshold of £400 each week, and earned income over and above that is Taxed at a rate of 10%. I have excluded unearned income because the Pensions fiasco has to be accounted for.

Personally, I do not pay any Direct Taxation, but I do object to what is going on and the enormous amounts of money being spent on this Administration alone. This Government has printed so much money in the last few years, some people are drowning in it. We are now in a position where money no longer earns its keep. And now they have discovered that, for the most part, their investments in the Far East are not paying a return that covers inflation. If you look on the BBC Action Network, for the 1st. January 2006, and again, 1st. January 2007 you will see that I had April this year penciled in as the beginning of the "melt down". What happens now is that excess money will be invested in "Government" Bonds, and again, Taxation pays the returns. So you see, whichever way the Economy Fails, you the Taxpayer is the Victim, you pick up the pieces and pay the bills.

As things stand, you should take charge of of Taxation. You should tell the Venal Corruptible Politicians just how much Money they can have. Change the system. It is your Democracy, your Money and it is your Country, they are on trust to look after your Interests. What I see happening today, is not in the Interest of the British People. So, Change the Bloody System before it is too late.

And if you think about that, you will realise that there is no reason whatsoever, why you should not form your own small local Party and put yourself, or A N Other up for Election to your County, District or Local Authority. You could then develop the Economy on a local system of Taxation and By-Laws. Including "Planning Law".

To finish I want to say that there are some Organisations who are sympathetic to the general idea of this change, if not any of the detail. But my intention is that the cost of operating this system of collection, will be just £26. for each member per annum, 50 pence a week.

That is my basis to start from. Why put up with that lot of Bloody nonsense from Westminster and Whitehall, you don't have to you know. Regards, AxetheTax WatchKeeper.

The reason for all this confusion is the fact that I've been trawling the on-Line Observer and it has left me a bit dazed. I'm sure I started on Monday 12th. but then it was back to Sundaythe 11th.

And "they" say technology saves time ? Don't you believe a word of it. A straightforward letter, Dear Sir, Yours Sincerely. would have taken half an hour. So far I've been on this thing for two and a half hours. And I'm not finished yet.

Now that I am here I'll point out these two sites and ask you, if you have the time that is, have a look, and let me know if I'm wasting my time. A great many Well Off People, avoid Taxation. I just want All the Workers on PAYE to have the same opportunity. The "little people," the "ordinary people", as Blair calls them.

Some are of the opinion that too much money, Taxpayers money, is wasted, misused or just plain Stolen. (I have a "part copy" of a confession by David Varney, Chairman of Inland Revenue, admitting that fact. The copy of the statement was supplied by the BBC.)

And if you are familiar with my Postings, you will be aware that I advocate removing the Power to levy Direct Taxation, from the Palace of Westminster. Don't laugh, they Gave away our Sovereignty so that now, even the Home Office is no longer in the control of the Elected Government. The Home Secretary has "almost no control" in his own Office of State. Why should you let them have one more Penny of your money?

Campaign To Legally Avoid Direct Taxation.

My postings here and elsewhere, have at last stirred up interest. I have had contact with BBC Action Network members, Daily Express readers and from the Website, "Shout 99".

What so many Employers fail to understand is the fact that, by using the system I propose, it will be possible to increase the Pay of The Employees, and allow them to construct their own system of Taxation. And also, by opting out of the "employment law", it will be possible for the Employer to Avoid a great deal of expense that is imposed by Government, the European Union
and other world agreements we have made. In some cases, depending on the size of the Company or Business, it could amount to Millions of £Pounds.

I assure you, that these Rules, Regulations and the Law, are being used now, to enable a great many people to take advantage of the "Concessions" that are used to minimise the Taxation of the very rich and the "not so very rich".

I am an old man, I live on a state pension, I owe nothing to anyone. I have no debts and I am not complaining about my "lot".

But I do complain about the very stench of Fraud, Corruption and absolute Failure of Westminster and Whitehall. This isn't about Political Parties, it is about the Total Failure of Politics to realise that while they have played silly games in the Chamber of the House of Commons, the world has moved on.

China and India have joined the "Global Market" and as far as the Western World is concerned, our export Market has reached Saturation point. There is no Market for the Expensive Manufactures that we could produce and there never will be again. The only thing we can do now, like the rest of Europe, is Print Money and hope for the best and you don't need Politicians to tell you how to pray.

There is a lot more of this to come. It isn't anything other than my estimate of the "Possibilities" we all should be aware of. And I would warn you against this monsterous Fraud of Global warming, Climate Change, have alook at the time, I believe it was either 1390 to 1420. Or 1490 to 1520. The global warming and climate change was happening then as well. Even though "Carbon Emissions" were at that date nothing more than a "wet dream". Is it possible that all these people advocating "carbon footprints", are having "Wet Dreams?" Watch this stain.

NO NAME ALLOWED

I have just spent the last four hours going over my answer to a rejection by Microsoft. I had posted an innocent (?) notice on the Money message boards and it was published and on the Website. I did think of e-mailing it to one of my addresses to save a copy, but it did not occur to me that my posting would be removed. It wasn't abusive. There was no bad language involved. I included a rider at the end, stating that I had written evidence for my remarks. I claimed that the Westminster and Whitehall Administration is now so dishonest, corrupt and untrustworthy, that the Taxpayers have every right to remove theirself from the Governments Direct Taxation Regime. I also claim that the BBC, sent me a copy of a statement by David Varney, head of HMRC at the time, saying that his Staff, had stolen £13 Million, of Taxpayers money, after I objected to the remark, by Mr. Varney, that only Tax Credits had been stolen. And I believe it is common knowledge, that the NAO, is looking into the possibility that some £400 to £500 Million, of unaccounted funds Might have gone the same way. Richard Bacon MP, is also involved in that investigation.

Well, it is time now for my ablutions. Not the Religious kind, just the wash and brush up. I will continue in about an hour. Regards, ATF.

Daily Mail Letters Page, January 16th. 2007

The Mail published a letter from a Mr. Appleby, Broadstairs, Kent. Entitled. "A vote for unpaid MPs". In the past, I have asked the Mail if I can copy from their Letters Page and they have agreed. This is the Letter:-

"Writing in 1883 in the Strand Magazine, distinguished Parliamentary reporter Sir Henry Lucy touched on the question of paying MPs.
He said: "The House of Commons is unique in many ways. I believe the main foundation of the position it holds among the parliaments of the world is the condition of volunteered unremunerated service."

"In spite of the sneers from disappointed or flippant persons, a seat in the House of Commons remains one of the highest prizes of citizen life. There is no reason why any constituency desiring to do so may not return a member on the terms of paying him a salary. It is done in several cases, in two at least with the happiest results."

"It would be a different thing to throw the whole place open with standing advertisement for eligible Members at a salary. The horde of impecunious babblers and busybodies attracted by such a bait would trample down the class of man who compose the present House of Commons and who are, in various ways, in touch with all the multiform interests of the nation."

When we consider the number of greedy, self-seeking, ignorant and incompetent Members in today's over-paid House of Commons, who can say Sir Henry wasn't absolutely right?

And This Is Me, The Tax Axe

I believe I am right in saying that, "when all is gathered in" like a pair of Harvest Knickers, MPs
receive a Kings ransom of, £283.000 a year. Not bad for a bits-a-job, a bit of this and a bit of that, "no experience necessary."

I have said time and time again, "You do not have to pay Direct Taxation". And then once you have taken that power away from Westminster, you can remove other unfair Taxation. IHT, VAT, why continue paying that dopey lot in Brussels? It mostly gets stolen anyway. Then there is the Billions of "Aid Money". A total waste of hard earned Money, taken as Taxation from little old Ladies, some sitting at Cash Tills, to earn an extra crust because like my wife, years of paying Graduated Pension contributions and then at the end of the day when it is time to get her "returns", what is the Ultimate Insult from that bunch of "Tossers" who pretend to know what they are doing? Why, they give her, my wife, an extra 12pence a week. Is there anything more to say about Politics, Politicians, Taxation, the Welfare State, or can you find it possible to defend Westminster or Whitehall? Have done with the lot of them. Out of the six hundred plus, I could name only 50 to 100, that I liked and trusted.

If you are fed up to the teeth with your "lot" today, change it. Leave you contact details in a comment on this site and I will put together a system of payment for Employers and Employees that will require a 10% Income Tax and a 50Pence a week charge for the service of collection, but you will appoint the collectors, not me. Where you now pay about £300 to £400 in Tax on every £1000, and have just about £1000 Tax Allowance. With me, it will be £100 Tax on the first £1000, after a Tax Allowance of £20,000.

None of that nonsense about that be too much allowance, look at the cost of a mortgage and ask yourself who is responsible for that? It is not a case of how much the Politicians Want. It is a case of how much you are prepared to let them have. IT IS YOUR MONEY.

Now There's A Funny Thing To End The Year On.

I have just spent about three hours on Msn Windows Live, and Spaces. On Msn Money, I posted some comments about Taxation, and again on the subject of Pensions. That was in response to the question, posed by Windows/Spaces, "would you trust the Politicians Guarantee", or words to that effect. And now when I go to my Spaces Website, I can't access it. They wont let me in. I can log on, but I can't publish any comments. There is an account but no blog.

To begin with, I thought it was all my fault. But then other things happened. On the 19th. December, I was having trouble logging in so I asked a friend to give my Computer the once over. That's his job. We ended up having to change the Password. Within the next 24/48 hours, I had either four or it could have been six, e-mails from microsoft, telling me I had to change the Password again. All of this is still on my computer, the only bits I haven't got, are the postings I published.

Then again, earlier this year I had trouble with WordPress, so I can't use another Website dealing with the problems of Taxation and the dishonest fumblings of Westminster and Whitehall. I do still maintain the Website, :- http://www.endoftaxnic.co.uk

One thing has just occured to me. At the begining of this year, I was having the first posting problems with WordPress, on End Of Tax NIC., and I telephoned my friend and asked his advice. He asked me to give him my user name, and my Password. This I did and in moments he had logged in without any trouble. I have never used the blog site since that time. I am still excluded. The ISP, is not in the least concerned so I have ignored the site. It can't do "NameHogs" reputation much good.

Well, apart from all that, tomorrow is another year. So every time your Employer lets you know how much money he has paid you, and then, How much money You have paid Gordon, just remember, "You really don't have to pay that Obscene Amount of Direct Taxation". Let me show you how to reduce that to 10 Pence in the Pound. £0.10p. Now that sounds more to my liking. How about you? That's the Employees, now the Employers. Some five years ago I put this proposition to the four Auditors, Accountants, I had no idea at that time, but I was a little surprised when I got a knock back. I was under the impression that accountants worked for the Companies and Businesses, the Commercial sector of the City. I had no idea that the Taxpayer was paying them so many Billions of £Pounds every year, and just for a walk on part.

For goodness sake, take your Money away from those "Tossers" of Westminster and Whitehall.

End Of Year Regrets/Wishes For 2007

There is a Website by Nick Cohen at:- http://www.nickcohen.net I like the dialog, or rather the text. the subject is my type of subject. I just find it sad that it is closed to any comments.

At the moment, there is a very good article on Tax Avoidance. Now this really is my "bag". To a great extent I agree with Mr. Cohen, but I do believe he is coming at the problem from the opposite direction from me. I believe all should Avoid Taxation, Mr. Cohen believes None should Avoid Taxation. Or so it would appear.

To my way of thinking, over the last fifty to sixty years, all Governments have been fraudulent when it came to fiscal affairs, Tax Revenues and honest reporting of figures. Today most of the information from the Government relating to Treasury matters, is nothing more than "Fairy Stories".

Nick Cohen seems to think that it is not quite right, that the very rich can easily Avoid Taxation and just carry as normal. I have no objection to that at all. What everyone should object to is the fact that this method of Taxation is not available to ALL of the Taxpaying population.

It is a very simple manoeuvre for all Employers and Employees, to remove themselves from the clutches of HMRC, the Treasury and the Government. Every move I propose, is perfectly legal. I have had people at the Treasury who worked for the Tax Policy Unit, look this over and pronounce on its Legality. the Tax Policy Unit has been closed down along with the Anti Fraud Unit they worked with. As have Security Units at the Home Office, the DTI, the DSS and others.

Our Democracy has now been so Bastardised, with elected MPs just keeping their seats warm, while unelected Consultants and Advisers, with others, run,or at least control most of the day to day functions of a defunct Civil Service. Why do you think you the poor bloody Taxpayer has paid out at least £70 Billion of your money on these people? We have an elected Parliament, a Cabinet. And yet Senior Ministers need outside advisers to run the country.

Pick the Bones out of that. You either pay for an Elected Government, or you Hire Consultants and Advisers. Not Both.

Blair and the rest of the Politicians you have Elected, are not up to the Job. Have done with them and Westminster and Whitehall. Go Local, Pay your Taxes Locally Spend your Money Locally and Control your own County in it entirety. YOU DO NOT NEED WESTMINSTER.

An Early Morning Ramble Of The Mind.

About 0330hrs. this morning I was laying there, as you do at that time, and bits and pieces of Weblogs kept popping into and out of, my head. These were some of the thoughts that occured to me.

The "fraud" of Global Warming. What the bloody good will it do to levy Taxes on Carbon emissions, you can't even measure emissions, only guess. And you know what that means. Another excuse for raising Taxes.

The only thing Global about the whole Confidence Trick, is the fact that all of this is just a smoke screen for the desire of some Leaders and a number of Politicians, to force a system of World Order on the majority of People. And that includes a one off System of Taxation. The Tax Rates might differ, but the intention is to control "everything".

Lord Giddens, Blairs guru is supposed to have said, "In order to manage risk, you must scare people". That is the thinking across most of the worlds Political Community. That includes the United Nations. You, the Taxpayers Must control the enourmous amounts of Taxpayers money wasted on that corrupted bunch of "Tossers".

On the 3rd. of July 2003, the BBC, broadcast on Radio 4, a programme, "Club Class". It was about the Bilderberg Conference. Since then I have only seen the organisation mentioned once, except for the Internet.

I am of the opinion that a great many Politions do not understand what is going on. And those that do understand, would appear to be on a promise.

The World Bank is involved. The International Monetry Fund is part of it. And most Nations, Central Banks attend their meetings. You, the People, the Taxpayers, the "Ordinary"people, the "Little" people, should be worried, Very Worried.

If these people, these "Politicians", get their way, you will all be Tax Slaves to their Universal Dictatorship. But there is an answer. You, the Taxpayers, can take control of the Taxation Systems of this world and make sure these Bumholes can't get their hands on it. It is your money, the next time they ask, tell them where they can go.

Accidental C- - k Ups When Things go Right.

I was messing about on a Website and I must have clicked a link of some sort, because next thing I know I'm looking at a site, Bloggers4labour. org

I couldn't resist it. I had to make a contribution. (must remember to put the links in) The subject of the thread I was reading was my favourite, Taxation. I had a go at reminding the members of the site, that Gordon Brown has made a mountain of debt and it is still getting bigger. So far it amounts to about £1600 Billion. And the way it is scheduled, on a five yearly review, with yearly updates and increases in running costs. Every five years , could be the end of the debt. But then again, if that was to be the case, why should there be the necessity for extending the repayment period every five years ?

I put it to the Labour members and supportes, that children not yet born, and those children who wont be born until 2075 at least, will spend all their working lives paying off the debt, built up today to hide the "stupidity" of Politics today. And I mean Politics. Not Labour Politics. Or any other sort of Politics. You could hardly get a fag paper between them, They are all as bad as each other, and they are all at fault and equally guilty. ( this is debt not recorded on public accounts. Off-book accounting.)

I also pointed out, the only remedy that I can see, is for the Taxpayers to renegue on the Governments promise. Westminster and Whitehall, have had their day. The governance of the People woul be better served if the Public Services were broken up into County size Authorities. There is no reason why smaller groups should not join together for mutual comfort and support on costs and other duties.

Making Another Start. It's Your Money They're Stealing

The title of the previous post, "Who's in Charge of the Clattering Train ?" was a remark made by either Harold Wilson or Jim Callaghan.

But think about those days from 1945 and Clement Atlee. With Milton Keynes, or was it Maynard,they went to america and borrowed £4 billion to pay for Nationalisation. Now look where we are. At that time,'47, the "focus groups" were, for the most part Unions. But there was one or two groups who worshipped some Marxist Ideology and quite a few still worship the failed, Socialist creed .

But as far as I can make out, whatever their latest "cunning plan", it is always you the poor bloody Taxpayer who foots the bill. As Queen Victoria is supposed to have said, "We don't want too much of this democracy". Having a look back to a time when only the rich and powerful had a say, it was the rich and powerful who paid for the Army and the Navy. And MPs were never paid, they did the job because they wanted to. Not for money.

No, it wasn't perfect, but then again, is today perfect ? Now you have "elected" Politicians strutting their stuff, going round Demanding you pay Taxation so that they can bribe more voters to vote for them. They are buying their position with your Taxpayers Money.

In between Queen Victoria's day and Tony Blair's reign, there must surely be a place of equal balance, where the privileges, although different, carry the corresponding merit and status.

And that balance is achieved when the centre decides the level of Taxation and has the power to say "no" to any mindless and useless spending of Taxpayers money. Like off-shore "wind turbines" for generating electricity. Mark my words, a total waste of Taxpayers money as well as a hazard to shipping and fish and the birds in the vicinity of the monstrous useless ugly things. But then, so much of Westminster and Whitehall is nothing more than a den of thieves for the most part.

Well you know my opinion about Direct Taxation by now, I want to see the Taxpayers in control of Taxation. If you look at my profile, you will see that my date of birth is 1935. I have no agenda, just about all the items in the schedule of my lifetime have been attended to, as far as I know. Apart from the final planting, there isn't much to do in my final days. This should keep me busy.

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE CLATTERING TRAIN.

I have got hold of a book, Plundering The Public Sector. By David Craig, with Richard Brooks, of Private Eye. And I thank them for all the information.

Chapter 13, Entitled, "What Do We Do Next ? We must act now to stop the decimation of our public services".

I went to the last chapter first. I'm like that, I never do the expected. But then, I have my own idea of how to put a stop to the Fraud and Corruption going on at Westminster and Whitehall. I have letters from PwC, Deloitte & Touche, KPMG, and although this book is not in favour of Ernst & Young, they are the only Auditors, Accountants who were willing to give me time and help me when I was putting this remedy, together.

Even the people who are so busy helping themselves to your money, have their own people working as Members of Parliament. And all the benefits of them, their people, being Ministers.

Arthur Anderson, scandal, fraud, going back to 1980s and DeLorean Cars, all the way to Enron in America, and now, now, what did Patricia Hewitt do before Politcs ? With Liam Byrne, the pair worked for Anderson's to begin with. Now I believe they both work for the NHS, or the DoH, at least. But then there does seem to be an awful lot of Anderson personnel who are work across all of the Government departments.

And the PMG ? Geoffrey Robinson, MP for Coventry. Of all things, he gets the job of Pay Master General. Robert Maxwell's righthand man and his lefthand man. He was also Finance Director of British Leyland I believe, before it went "bust". He seems to have ended up with several millions of £Pounds stashed away in off-shore accounts.

Enough. The rotten-ness of corrupted business has infected the Labour Government almost from top to bottom. Not that many escape the smell, even the Chairman of the Inland Revenue, David Varney, had to admit that his Staff, at that time, had stolen £13 million, cash. And about £400 million that was missing, was being investigated. That is the Taxpayers Money, Your Money.

I cannot believe the Taxpayers are that dumb they are going to let these, Politicians, Auditors, Accountants and Consultants' rob them of these Billions of £Pounds.

In 1996, Management Consultancies Association, members were earning £196 million from the Taxpayers. In 2004 that had increased to £1,865 million. But even that was only part of the money they got from the Taxpayers. It is estimated, (not by me.) that to date they have had £70 Billions of your Money. I do hope I have made you feel better, knowing how well you are looking after those sad Millionaires, they do work hard for, (to get hold of) your money.

It is no good thinking you can change the system by voting out this Government. You can't. These people are employed across most of the Government Departments. Your only way out is to change the Taxation System and take away their power to Demand Payment. I know, the accountants say it can't be done. But then, in so many cases accountants are part of the problem.

Get your bits and pieces together, I have already got the promise of the money to pay for it. And it is not a business, it is to be your Service. You state the Tax you Pay. (I would suggest 10% Tax after a threashold of £300 each week. The one Tax across the board. I estimate it will cost you 50 pence a week, £26.00 a year. Per Person.

Reducing Direct Taxation to Just 10 %

I have been on about this for some considerable time. It is quite legal to arrange your affairs so that this, or any other, Government, never again has the power to Demand Extortionate amounts of your money, to waste on useless and fraudulent programmes just to stop listing the "Unemployed", as unemployed. In todays news paper,sorry ,yesterdays, are some immigration figures, I'll go and get them. Now make some sense of this if you can. Over the next fifty years (or so.), the Treasury expect 7.25 million extra immigrants to enter the country. They are expecting 145.000 immigrants every year from now until then. Now at the same time, the Government is saying that in the last Two Years, more than 600.000 Eastern Bloc immigrants have "flooded" in. I had better leave you readers to make what you will of that.What it says to me is this lot of "Tossers" haven't the faintest idea what day of the week it is, never mind what year. Kevin Stringer, at "Future Business Security" was telling me that in March 1999, the immigrants from Eastern Europe numbered 80.00 a year. FBS, issued the visa's. But then the Home Office closed it down, that was Jack Straw. In short order, St. David Blunket was busy issuing 250.000 vias's a year. All pretence thrown to the wind. Open door Britain. All Welcome.
There is no point thinking, or even pretending anyone can put this right, it won't happen. your only answer is to remove your money from their clutches. As quick as you can.

Don't worry, the Title is, "The Secret Blair Tapes", it is a spoof on the Ferenc Gyurscany of Hungary, trials and tribulations. It is also a pointer to the mess this Country is in because of the Fraud and Corruption of our Political Masters. The story is on page 12 of, "The Daily Mail, Wednesday September 20th." Get a copy.

My point is this. You do not have to stay with the Government system of Taxation, especially Direct Taxation. Opt out.

If you register on this Website, or any other of my Websites, I can remove you from the voracious maw of Gordon and this government. You can turn round and tell him just what he can do with his Tax Demands.

I have been instructed that a charge must be made for this service, so I have put it at a weekly charge of 50pence, payable at the end of each year.

And there is always the option that you can just walk away. It is not my intention to become an Income Tax Collector. But Some Taxation will have to be paid. Did you notice, the Lib-Dems, have stepped in to "Wavy Daves" Taxation cutting position. That makes the Conservatives look as if they have missed the boat. Again.

Well, you know what to do, and you know it is not going to cost you a penny, so come aboard lets cruise hotspots. From what I can see of it, most of Europe would be able to Avoid their Taxation using this method.

Sunday Morning and I'm listening to Des Browne, Minister for Defence, or something. The man has the Bloody Cheek to say on TV, that the word of the Taliban in Afghan, cannot be trusted. What Planet is he on. The word of the Taliban is as good as any Government Minister from that Den at Westminster. Does Dessy Boy think that the Taxpayers or the Great Unwashed British Voters , regard Any Politician as, Honest and Reliable ? You must be Joking.

The Fourteen Deaths, should never have happened. They can be laid at the door of Blair's Vanity. Pres' Clinton had the answer, Bomb the Buggers and get out. But NO, this person, puts our Armed Forces on the ground and invites all and sundry to use them for target practice. And if they have the temerity to shoot back, without a "by your leave", from the 'uman rights Lawyers, "they are then in the Shit and no mistake". The Law then falls in on them. How long before you have an Army, Navy and Airforce, made up of Barrack Room and Lower deck Lawyers. I don't know what the Airforce call them.

There is only one answer to this nonsense. Abandon Direct Taxation by Central Government. What I propose is perfectly Legal. There is Nothing the Government can do to Stop You.. And then you, yes You, can say, Enough of this rubbish. The only reason our Armed Forces are in Afghanistan is to protect the Opium crop. I don't know, I'm only aware that our troops are being killed for NO good reason. Bring them Home.

If enough of you join this movement, by next April, 2007, we can get this up and running.

Apart from the "News", I turned over and watched, "The SundayProgramme", and Steve Richards on GMTV (ITV) at 0600hrs.

A Professor Justin (time?) Fisher was telling everyone that Politics and Politicians, were not as "corrupt" as so many people assumed. He was telling everyone who would listen. Then Frank Field had a go. I do not agree with everything he says, but this morning I had a distinct feeling that Mr. Field has come to the conclusion, (as I have and probably many more have,) that Parliament, Westminster and Whitehall, have had their Day. Time now to start another System of "Honest Democracy". And to achieve that, the Power of Taxation must be taken away from Westminster. Taxation should be Paid Locally and a small amount of Money then passed over to Parliament. And Political Pensions will be Stopped. Abandoned on the Very First day of Our New Democracy. Politicians should be entitled to the Same as they are "wont" to dishout to the general public. If that is what they think I'm worth, why, that is all I think they are worth.

Money, Money, Money. It's a Rich Mans World.

A rich mans world only if you know the "strings" to pull. In Monday's Daily Mail, page 18, By Tom Kelly and Laura Roberts, "Inflation for middle classes "runs at 10%. This is more like the True Inflation rate. "Gordon", has stripped out so much of the old "costs" that made up inflation, it is now only a shadow of its former "Glory".
And then, Steve Doughty, "The tax lawers on £5,000 an hour". A survey by "The Lawyer" magazine reveals these costs and more. With my System, there is no "Costs".

As I have pointed out in other posts, the Government and PFI, arrange to Avoid Taxation whenever it suits them. At Your expense of course. Have a look at all the "Deals" Government Departments have done at your expense. Every time you are being ripped off. You do know, I take it, that an MP, is paid just short of £60,000 a year. But do you know that they are entitled to another £220,000. Plus another £3 £4 £5,000. The first £60,000 is Taxable, but the other £224,000 is completely TaxFree. And then there is the Pension. Should I go on

In the past it was Unions pay demands that caused most of the inflation, thats why there was a "Pay and Prices Policy", from Barbra Castle and the Labour Government. Today, Gordon just prints more money and expands the Economy. I telephoned a Professor of economics at his University in 2005, and he thought Gordon was "Magic".

Then across the right hand side of the Page, the fith column, is Steve Doughty's article. Some people are desperate to reduce or Avoid Taxation. I can understand that. What I can't understand is the fact that "NO ONE", has to pay Direct Taxation. It is Legally Possible, to Avoid all Direct Taxation if you just re-arrange the Employer, Employee work contract. Sounds complicated but in fact all it involves is the worker agreeing to be Paid in a manner that removes the Governments Power to Demand PAYE and NIC. Or any other stoppages from your Paypacket or Pay Cheque.

The only Legal requirement is for the worker to inform the Local HMRC inspector that they are now paid off-shore and entitled to claim 100% Tax Relief on ALL money not remitted to this Country. In the meantime, you are able to remit your Tax Free allowance, and an allowance for any member of your family without breaking the Rules, Regulations or the Law.

And to put the Icing on this Cake, there is no charge for this. The running cost of providing the means to "Transfer" your money is nothig more than a Bank Charge. You will of course still be liable to Local Taxation. But if you are inclined, you can Form your own Local Political Party and stand for Election in yor Local Area, and I see no reason why you should not dominate Local Politics. It is, after all, Your Money. How it is Spent, is in your Gift. Not some Snotty Politician's privilege.

Same Problem. NHS, PFI and Fraud.

Once again Taxation is top of the News. Health Minister, Andy Burnham is defending the PFI, deals where the poor old Taxpayer is "robbed" once more. But the robbers are very nice men. And women. James Chapman, in the Daily Mail, writes about the Norfolk and Norwich, and the fact that "Private Investers" have made £80 Million profit on the deal. Where have you been James ? The original cost was £129Million. It was re-financed bringing the cost to £229 Million. Now it has just been re-financed, Again. With another £114 Million. I have been told that the figure was £116 Million, but whats £2 Million amongst friends ? The payback time is Sixty years, Not 30 years. The total cost will be £2400 Million, not the original £700 Million.As you see, bit by little bit costs are added, increased. What is correct today, has changed the next time you look.And I do have correspondence from the NHS on these "Facts". There is so much out of place with the figures and costs in Mr. Chapmans article. The total Budget for NHS, spending in 2005/2006, was £90 Billion. And when you break that down, it works out at, "roughly", £900, a head, across the population. For South Norfolk, PCT I think the allowance is less than £300 per head. Apart from anything else, if you follow the "spend" from the Treasury, to the Patient you find that £400 to £500, seems to disappear along the way. The Funding and Distribution of money within the system is a nightmare to track because the system is not meant to be examined by the Taxpayers.

It is not a service for the benefit of the "Little People". "The Ordinary People". When Jack Straw was Home Secretary, I happened to come across the case of a Jamaican Lady from Kingston. But that is another story of "Political Policy Failure". That Lady, without qualification, is now a fully paid up senior nurse in the NHS. And if required, I can track her down. There is only one answer, "Stop Paying the Direct Taxation". It only ends up Down The Drain. Or P***d up the wall. There are much better things you could do with it. Buy the wife a big bunch of flowers.
All that I have written or claim, is supported by correspondence or other evidence.

Oh! What A Day. If It Could Go Wrong, It Did.

For eight day's now, I've had trouble with my BT Broadband connection. And then again this morning at about 0900 hrs. I was cut off completely.
After the usual 'phone calls for help, and remembering it is now Friday and nothing will be done until Monday, I telephoned the Chairmans office. The Lady who answered the 'phone was very nice about it and promised to get some help as soon as possible. That didn't work. So I 'phoned one of their "Sales" numbers. That worked. Within half an hour, the sales team had found a Broadband Engineer, who talked me through the problem and got me back on line. The man was brilliant. And I was that pleased, I telephoned the Chairmans office again and told them so.

Once you get away from the "Jobs Worth" at BT, they can provide a marvellous service. For eight day's I had felt like kicking the computer, and then three men and one Lady, with a little kindness, restore British Telecom's reputation in a matter of minutes. Thank you BT.

Another call I made today was to "Steve Boulton Productions". Tel. No. 0161 2008100. they produced the Channel 4 Dispatches programme. I don't know if my "Posting" on BBC, Action Network, had anything to do with it, but this morning the BBC TV News, had the story of the PFI, and the NHS, prominent in its news again. I still can't get it out of my head, that people in the "Future", People who will not even be "BORN", until the year 2080, will spend most of their "LIVES", paying for the stupidity of us people today. You, so smug in your secure existence, will be bare bones in the earth, when these poor buggers, not born for another "SEVENTY FOUR", years are still paying for your week end out. That should make you feel good. Every time you eat something, every time you drink something, take a moment to think of those, "A Hundred years from Today"

Just An Opening Shot. A range Finder.

I seem to have spent all day trying to get things sorted out on Google. I've just looked at the time, I'm past my bed time and the cat will be after me soon. The wifes feet are too cold to sleep on, it must be mine.

Now, on Monday, 14th. August, Channel 4, "Dispatches", broadcast a programme with Liam Halligan, about the cost and Fraud within the PFI, contracts. Some two, three or more years ago, I contacted Sir John Bond, Chairman of HSBC. And Robert Whelan, Director of Civitas, about the same thing. I had worked it out that these people were "Ripping off the Taxpayers" for Billions over a period of time.

To cut out most of the research that took months if not years, it turns out that my estimate of £1600 Billion, of Debt that Gordon has piled up, is not far adrift of Liam Halligan's £1500 Billion. Where we do differ is in the time scale. Liam has allowed 30 years, Pay Back time. The case that featured in the Programme, The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, is one of the biggest Frauds this Country has seen. The Pay Back time is Sixty years, I have the assurance in writing from the NHS, and working on these figures, Children, Not Yet Born, will spend their whole Life, Paying Back the Money that Gordon Brown and this Government have Mortgaged this Country to.

There is only one thing to do. Take every Penny away from Westminster and Whitehall. They are acting like, I was going to say, "Drunken Sailors", but that would insult the Navy. No, they are just the "Whacky Backy", Flower People. They might even be the "Flower Pot Men" Didn't Mo Mowlem remark in her book, that Members of the Labour Party, used to visit in the evening, when she was a Minister, and they sat around smoking "Pot", and other things? I don't know, I never got beyond the Whisky stage myself. And I used my own money to buy that. Taxpayers didn't pay for my lifestyle.

Have done with the lot of them, I'm just waiting for the house of cards to fall when they let the last Muslum Terrorist go in a week or two. Ried is going to be covered with Egg, as are any number of "Coppers" from the Met' and other "Security" sections.
